IT Specialist / Security
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist with a focus on Cybersecurity to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth computer forensics investigations, developing new security solutions, and participating in technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical IT security support to ensure the safety and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cyber Forensics and Threat Intelligence :
- Conduct forensic investigations on targeted cyber-attacks and other security-related incidents involving the leak of sensitive non-classified or classified information.
- Perform malware analysis and behavioral analysis to produce cyber threat intelligence.
- Research & Development :
- Develop new solutions to improve responses to evolving cyber-attack risks.
- Participate in research and development activities in IT Security events and workshops, gathering insights from various stakeholders.
- Policy and Documentation :
- Involve in the internal research workgroups to support the development of Information Security policies.
- Write user documentation and technical reports related to security systems and findings.
- Prepare and write market studies related to IT Security solutions.
- Security Technologies and Procedures :
- Install and configure industry-standard security tools such as MISP, OpenCTI, theHIVE, and more.
- Perform penetration testing and implement offensive security techniques and procedures.
- Ensure that systems adhere to the highest security standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Regularly participate in technical meetings and discussions representing the security team.
- Effectively communicate security risks, solutions, and technologies with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
- Operating Systems : Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux systems.
- Security Technologies : Experience with Antivirus, Firewalls, IDS, and network analyzers (e.g., Wireshark).
- Security Tools : Expertise in industry-standard solutions such as MISP, OpenCTI, and theHIVE.
- Programming Languages : Proficiency in Bash / Shell scripting, Python, and optionally Java, C / C++.
- Forensic Tools : Familiarity with tools like EnCase, Access Data, FTK, and the forensic chain.
- Malware Analysis : Skilled in reverse-engineering and debugging tools (e.g., IDA, OllyDbg, Cuckoo Sandbox).
- Risk Analysis : Ability to apply high-quality standards and perform risk analysis in IT Security contexts.
Non-Technical Skills :
- Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
- Experience in working in hybrid teams with excellent team collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency (B1 / B2 level) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Discretion and integrity due to handling sensitive information and data.
Preferred Experience :
- Proven experience in penetration testing and offensive security techniques.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity research and security solution development.
- Ability to work on large-scale, multi-project environments with diverse teams.
Work Conditions :
- Ability to work on multiple large projects within a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
- Regular participation in internal and external security events and research groups.
