Summary : We are seeking highly motivated B2B Sales Specialists for a Lead Development role in Berlin. This is an on-site position starting on February 2, 2026. Please note that we are only hiring local candidates or those with a valid German work permit; no visa support is provided. While relocation assistance may be considered on a case-by-case basis, local candidates in Berlin are prioritized, and relocators may face delays or rejection in the final stages.
The Role : In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will utilize various outbound channels, including phone, email, and professional networks like LinkedIn, to spark interest and create new business opportunities. Your goal is to identify, assess, and convert leads by evaluating customer needs and their readiness to purchase.
Requirements :
- Language Skills : C2 level proficiency in German and B2 level proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Experience : Mandatory professional experience in TECH sales.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to engage customers at eye level.
- Digital Marketing Skills, social media, lead generation, advertising skills is a plus
- Mindset : Self-organized, reliable, and possessing strong time management skills with a passion for sales and persuasion.
What We Offer :
