Your mission

In this role, you will take responsibility for the successful operational implementation of our strategic goals, manage the annual Company OKRs & the TOP project portfolio and operationalise our corporate strategy.

You will also manage the responsible TOP project managers and OKR owners as part of the PMO.OKR Process Owner : As OKR Process Owner, you will take responsibility for OKRs as our central control framework and ensure that OKRs are established and practised throughout the company.

You will lead the process of defining and implementing OKRs in various departments and ensure that they are in line with our corporate goals.

You will use your expertise to optimise our OKR framework and support the organisation and OKR owners in the OKR cycles.TOP management projects : You develop our internal strategic project portfolio, set up the TOP projects with the individual divisions and project owners (incl.

overarching budget & resource planning) and ensure that all projects are carried out in line with our corporate goals.You will be responsible for overall budget and resource planning as well as project controlling.

Optimise, standardise and support the strategy process : You coordinate and support the annual strategy process with the Executive Board and the management team.

Based on your expertise, you will develop and implement methods for the continuous improvement of our strategy process.You will support the Management Board in day-to-day business, with overarching special tasks and strategic projects.

Your profile

You have several years of experience in a comparable position, e.g. in the field of strategic planning, strategic project management and / or the implementation of OKRs in software companies.

You have a sound knowledge of the relevant project management methods and project controlling / reporting. Ideally, you already have experience in a project management role and in the development and implementation of project management standards.

You have already worked with relevant tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, ServiceNow.You are confident in the OKR framework and have ideally already introduced OKR or further developed the framework.

Your strong analytical skills help you to recognise complex relationships and derive recommendations for action.You are a strong communicator, able to convey complex information clearly and precisely and get the right stakeholders on board.

Your persuasiveness and communication skills make it easy for you to manage our TOP project managers and OKR owners as part of the PMO.

You work in a very structured way, are well organised and enjoy managing and prioritising several projects at the same time.

Your results-orientated way of working is complemented by strategic foresight and your ability to see the big picture.You like to work proactively and have a high degree of self-motivation, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team.

You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
