Are you looking for a challenging opportunity as a Production Engineer (m/f/d) / Manufacturing Engineering Practitioner in Hamburg ? As part of a temporary staffing arrangement (permanent contract), you can expect diverse tasks in aircraft coordination and production optimization at a leading aerospace company for a planned project duration of 12 months with the option of permanent placement . In this key role, you will be responsible for managing manufacturing processes, deviation management (non-conformities), and analyzing technical construction processes directly in the production environment. Your tasks

  • Planning and coordination of efficient manufacturing and assembly processes directly in the shop floor environment to ensure smooth operations in aircraft production.
  • Analysis and control of technical deviations within the framework of deviation management, as well as the independent handling of non-conformities, concessions and outstanding tasks.
  • Optimization of production processes through the consistent application of proven methods such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen to continuously increase manufacturing efficiency.
  • Creation and tracking of precise work orders and technical documentation to clarify open issues in the final assembly process.
  • Interface management and stakeholder communication for solution-oriented coordination of all manufacturing-related topics between the participating departments.
  • Ensuring quality standards in the area of manufacturing operations to fully comply with the demanding requirements of the aviation industry.

Your profile

  • Practical expertise in the production-related environment of aircraft manufacturing, as well as a deep understanding of the processes in commercial aviation.
  • Practical knowledge of quality and deviation management, especially in the handling of non-conformities, work orders, concessions and electronic quality logbooks such as eQLB.
  • Familiarity with innovative lightweight construction concepts and sound technical knowledge in the field of structural assemblies made of composite materials.
  • Experience in technical project management combined with the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic phases and to drive projects forward in a targeted manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit combined with a structured, independent and goal-oriented work style.
  • Solid language skills in German and English for smooth coordination in an international manufacturing environment.
