Your Responsibilities Law Lawyer Corporate M&A Finance Law firm

• You will oversee the formation of companies in the Private Equity sector.
• You will manage transactional aspects, including mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and memorandums will be part of your daily responsibilities.
• You will maintain direct contact with clients, providing them with advice and guidance to address their needs.

Profile and Career Path Law Lawyer Corporate M&A Finance Law firm

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the corporate department of a law firm in Luxembourg, which will help you adapt comfortably to your new environment.
• To communicate effectively with clients, you are fluent in English . French and / or German is an added advantage.
• You consider yourself dynamic and organized , ensuring timely and high-quality service for your clients.
• You have strong experience in Private Equity , which allows you to understand your role and the specific needs of your clientele.

• You will earn a salary of up to €110,000 gross / year , depending on your experience, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
