• Citrus concentrates (orange, lemon, grapefruit)
• Tomato concentrates (EU‑focused, Italy/Spain competitor)
• Multi‑fruit purées (mango, guava, strawberry, tropical blends)
• Cloudy juice concentrates (first plant of its kind in the Middle East)
• IQF fruits & vegetables (strawberries, broccoli, beans, artichokes)
• Freeze‑dried fruits & vegetables (supplements, functional foods)

Key Customer Segments

• Blending houses – purées, citrus & tomato concentrates, cloudy juices, aroma essences, pulp cells
• Food & beverage processors – nutrient‑rich purées, IQF vegetables, freeze‑dried fruits, citrus oils
• Retail & food service – ready‑to‑use IQF vegetables, freeze‑dried fruits, NFC juices
• Private label manufacturers – tailored purées, IQF, freeze‑dried formats

🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Citrus & Multi‑Fruit B2B ingredients to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen long‑term customer partnerships across Europe and international markets.

You will represent a rapidly scaling agri‑food manufacturer known for quality, innovation, sustainability, and global export capability.

Tasks

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Grow key accounts in citrus, multi‑fruit purées, cloudy concentrates, IQF, and freeze‑dried
• Acquire new customers using market intelligence and competitive mapping
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each product category
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, volumes, and annual agreements
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labeling, sustainability certifications
• Monitor account KPIs, forecast risks, and resolve challenges proactively
• Represent the company in international markets, navigating cultural and regulatory differences

Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)

📈 7+ years in international sales, including 2+ years in account management

🌱 Proven experience in the agri‑food industry (B2B environment), ideally tomato paste or processed foods

💡 Strong market analysis, account management, and data‑driven decision‑making skills

🛠️ Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools

🌍 Cultural awareness and adaptability in international markets

💬 Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

✈️ Willingness to travel internationally
