You have a passion for influencer marketing and want to take your career to the next level As a Senior Manager in Influencer Marketing at Pulse youll have every opportunity to succeed. Both operationally and as a team this role youll independently manage our campaigns from proposal to execution and reporting. We love what we do and are constantly evolving. Your tasks

  • You independently manage large scale and high complexity social media campaigns for our clients develop creative ideas and bring them to life
  • You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
  • You identify procedural and functional challenges develop solutions and improve productivity efficiency and alignment across teams
  • You analyze trends prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making
  • You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulses business forward
  • You take accountability for performance lead your own team and support its continued development while shaping the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department

Your skills

  • Driven. Passionate. Diverse. Equal. These are qualities you cherish
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing
  • You are data-driven and confident with budget responsibility- CPM ROI and KPIs are second nature to you and numbers are something you genuinely enjoy working with
  • You have a strong understanding of AI its opportunities and its challenges and actively think about how its shaping the industry and your strategic decisions
  • You love both project management and emotional storytelling
  • You are a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality
  • You approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team
  • You are fluent in German and English
