Brand Manager
The Brand Manager is responsible for adapting and executing the brand's marketing strategy (360 marketing) on the German and Austrian markets.
This position reports directly to the local Head of Marketing.
In this role your main missions will be :
- Translate the brand's global marketing strategies and campaigns into marketing and sales plans and tactics to fuel brand growth in the region.
- Lead and execute the brand's marketing and communications plan to ensure brand objectives are met.
- Identify the optimal marketing mix for the brand.
- Manage the creation, monitoring and reporting of the marketing plan and budget.
- Take care of the best brand presence digitally and at the POS (VM, SiS, displays)
- Ensure the proper implementation of seasonal visual merchandising plans, in line with brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback and influence marketing strategies. Communicate regularly with the brand marketing team at group level regarding challenges, opportunities, and progress within the territory.
- Guide external partners and agencies (Media, PR, Influencer).
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, visual merchandiser team and business analysts.
- Degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years' marketing experience in fashion, luxury goods, accessories, or cosmetics.
- Affinity for branded, fashionable, trendy and luxury products (watches and jewellery)
- Experience in Digital marketing, OOH and TV plannings, PR and influencer relations
- Good understanding of business challenges (Omni Channel approach) and ability to lead transformation projects.
- Always up to date regarding relevant marketing trends and new tools
- Good contacts to the influencer, PR and agency branch are nice to have.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in written and spoken business English and German.
