Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be responsible for sponsorship and delegate sales, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.
You must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to engage with high-level international decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify key market segments, prospects, and opportunities for event sponsorships and delegate sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to propose relevant solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Presentations and Proposals :
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of event sponsorships, delegate packages, and other offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative sponsorship opportunities and promotional packages.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in event sponsorships, delegate sales, or media industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with media industry trends, technologies, and major stakeholders is advantageous.
