Senior Strategy Manager Business Development (f/m/d)

Responsibilities :

  • You lead business strategy projects on corporate or divisional level which drive the transformation of HARTMANN into a best-in-class player in its future business segments
  • In this role, you will act as a sparring partner for our business divisions and regions in developing winning strategies
  • As a Senior Manager Strategy, you drive deep analysis of complex strategic implications, and develop insights as to how we can drive profitable growth and improve the competitiveness of our company
  • You collaborate with cross-functional global teams in executing projects, and develop persuasive and highly actionable recommendations
  • Project examples may cover the full spectrum of business strategy, e.g., assessment of new business segments, growth and investment opportunities, improving our cost position, further development of our value chain and footprint, make-or-buy assessments, etc.

Qualifications :

  • Profound professional experience, ideally with a strategy / consulting background, desirably in the medtech or healthcare environment in a strategic or operational role
  • Translation of derived solution proposals for the business units through your strong business acumen as well as own initiative
  • Outstanding analytical skills with proven excellence in strategy development, process and efficiency improvements and successful execution
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (incl. board level) combined with strong project management skills
  • Successfully completed university degree (in business administration, natural science, medicine or engineering)
  • Fluent in German and English
