RS Integrated Supply are a global procurement solutions provider to blue chip manufacturers that offer Stores Management as one of their solutions.
We require an individual to support the implementations of their storage systems.
This role is site based and will require the successful candidate to be based on site in Marburg Monday to Friday.
You will be tasked with organisation and re-organisation of the stores including cataloguing items, create a clean and tidy working environment, replacing and installing the new storage media.
It will involve basic install skills and full training will be given .
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking for a hands-on role with good organisational skills.
Key responsibilities
- Organisation of client stores to RS Integrated Supply Brand standards
- Organisation of client stores to support efficient day to day process for both Client & RS Integrated Supply stores personnel including the re-labelling of all storage media
- Delivery of stores implementations to RS Integrated Supply Gold OpEx standard
- Communication with your line manager & key stakeholders to ensure aligned understanding and agreed programme of activity.
- To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role

- Delivery of stores implementations to RS Integrated Supply Gold OpEx standard
- Supporting the projects are delivered in line with agreed timescales
- Communication with your line manager & key stakeholders to ensure aligned understanding and agreed programme of activity.

Useful Experience & Skills Required
- Excellent client facing & attention to detail skills.
- Good working knowledge of stores & inventory management
- Good engineering product knowledge,
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience within an Engineering stores environment would be advantageous.
- Willingness to learn & develop
- Fluent in English and German Verbal & Written
