Program Coordinator *Student* (m/w/d) | Germany

We are looking for an entrepreneurial & education-passionate Program Coordinator to help us manage our courses.

This part-time position is remote within Germany .

The role requires advanced skills in both English and German .

To be considered for this role, you need to be enrolled in a German university .

Tasks

You will lead all new students through their Educational journey at BIT - Beam Institute of Technology, in collaboration with the admission team, course teachers, partners & our community.

What you will do :

• Manage the administration of students and trainers by creating documents, overviews and reports.
• Support the students' journey, from enrolment until the day they finish the class.
• Measure the satisfaction level by conducting evaluation surveys and leveraging insights to improve the course.
• Create and maintain relationships with the Agentur für Arbeit / JobCenter.
• Help with the organisation before and after the course (eg : coordinate the shipping of laptops to our students).

Requirements

Must have :

• You are enrolled in a German university pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German .
• You are based in Germany .

Nice to have :

• You are a people person, with the ability to establish productive working atmospheres and good relationships with a wide range of people.
• You have excellent organizational skills with a reliable, precise and structured way of working.
• You are independent, communicative and not afraid to assume ownership of projects.
