Sales Manager (m / f / x)

We're looking for a driven and hands-on sales talent ready to build something from the ground up. As one of our first sales hires, you'll be at the forefront of turning interest into impact — driving revenue, developing outreach strategies, and working directly with our CEO to scale our business. Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Be our full cycle sales engine : As one of the first sales employees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy
• Drive sales execution : You actively develop and expand sales channels, implementing robust go-to-market strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Lead outreach initiatives : You handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to effectively generate leads and close deals
• Collaborate with management : You work closely with our CEO, Matthias, and are the sparring partner on strategies to drive company growth
