Du liebst es, Communitys aufzubauen, Programme zu steuern und Entwickler : innen erfolgreich zu machen? In dieser Rolle kombinierst du strategisches Programmanagement mit aktiver Community-Begleitung – von lokalen User Groups bis zu internationalen Events.

Program- & Community Manager (m / w / d) - Developer Relations EMEA

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Steuerung wirkungsvoller Programme für technische Zielgruppen – von Community-Events bis hin zu regionalen Partnerinitiativen und internen Formaten
  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Entwickler-Communitys in Zentraleuropa – inklusive Unterstützung von User Groups, Begleitung von Community Days und enger Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Leads
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Developer Advocates und cross-funktionalen Teams, um Inhalte, Events und Programme effizient zu koordinieren und auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten
  • Datenbasierte Steuerung und Optimierung, inklusive Analyse von KPIs und Community-Feedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Aktivitäten.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Programm- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Fokus auf technologiebezogene Themen oder Zielgruppen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Communities oder Kundengruppen, gerne auch mit Hintergrund in Developer Relations, Marketing oder Customer Success
  • Zudem kannst Du ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten vorweisen, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu strukturieren und effizient umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab, weitere Sprachen wie Französisch oder Spanisch sind ein Plus
