Customer Service Representative German Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic customer-oriented German-speaking Customer Service Representative for a position based in Lisbon Portugal.

In this role you will support customers with professionalism and empathy handle inquiries via phone/email and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. Youll be part of a multicultural environment with strong onboarding and continuous support.

What we offer:

• On-site role in Lisbon
• Monday-Friday schedule (08:00-17:00)
• Permanent contract
• 1100 Euro gross salary/month (paid over 14 months)
• Meal allowance transport allowance

• Weekends off

Requirements:

• German English proficiency
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
