This is what we need you for
- Design of innovative toys and games for an international market environment in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Presentation of concepts via sketches, 2D elevations and 3D renderings, mock-ups and prototypes
- Product development from idea level, concept development, testing to production
- Communication of product specifications, working with a design-to-cost approach
- In-depth research, trend scouting and market analysis in close collaboration with internal and external teams
This is what you can score highly with
- Degree in industrial / product design, at least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment
- Strong visualization / sketching skills, experience in CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience and understanding of different manufacturing processes, ideally related to plastic, paper and wood
- Strong innovative mindset, affinity to target group children and a passion for toys
- Capability to work independently and within a team environment, very good English skills
