German Speaking Customer Service Administrator
An international trading company are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Dusseldorf.
Working in the Chemicals department, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for order processing related to the Import & Export business including timely issuing of all relevant documents, as well as handling of invoices, while liaising with customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role in logistics, trading, or manufacturing.

WORKING HOURS : 9 : 00-17 : 00, Mon-Fri up to 38.5 hours a week
START : ASAP
SALARY : 40k 42k Euros DOE

Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities :
- Executing order processing for Import & Export business including timely issuing of all relevant documents (customs documents will be issue by our forwarders)
- On time supervision of Import & Export business incl. logistics and warehousing
- Co-ordination of logistics to arrange timely delivery from suppliers and to customers including
- Issuing invoices, applications for internal credit limit and external credit insurance, control of payment receipt including dunning process
- Creating and handling various advantaged Excel charts for various sales statistics
- General customer and supplier service
- Sales support to sales team and section manager
Customer Service Administrator Ideal Candidate :
- Must speak German and English
- Gained relevant job experience (more than 2 years) in
- The proactive position-holder would be comfortable communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for a smooth order processing
- Self-motivated and flexible, able to work to strict deadlines while retaining accuracy at all times

- Knowledge and Experience of SAP (ERP) preferred
