The role is part of a team that is responsible to establish METRO AG wide Identity & Access Management capabilities to safeguard METRO AG s digital assets and ensure that only authorized individual have access to business-critical resources.

The team plays therefore a pivotal role to raise the overall level of Information Security maturity across METRO AG and to reduce the level of risks related to Information Security to an acceptable level within the frame of the risk appetite set by the METRO AG Board.

The role acts as a liaison between technical teams incl. METRO.digital teams and business stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and the alignment of IAM objectives with METRO s business objectives.

The purpose of an IAM Product Management Professional is to oversee and drive the development, maintenance, and strategic direction of IAM Platform within METRO.

The IAM Product Management Professional serves as a central role responsible for defining the IAM product vision, prioritizing features, gathering requirements, and ensuring that IAM initiatives align with business objectives and related Compliance and Information Security.

Qualifications

Proven abilityto develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access, and Secret Management.

Strong collaboration skills to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities.

In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process, with anexperience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM.

Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability. Proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.

Excellent documentation skillsin creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products.

Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and METRO.digital infrastructure teams.

Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management within a technology or IAM-focused environment.
