IHRE AUFGABEN

Maschinelle und händische Bearbeitung von Werkstoffen / Bauteilen im Bereich Modell- und Formenbau / Carbonbearbeitung.

Hierzu gehören im Einzelnen :

• Reinigung und Vorbereitung von Werkzeugen / Bauteilen
• Belegung des Zuschneidestisches
• Fertigung von verschiedenen Bauteilen sowie Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Kohlefaser Bauteilen
• Beschichtung von Bauteilen sowie Anpass-, Einstell- und Montageaufgaben an Strukturbauteilen
• Nachbearbeitung von Formen und Bauteilen (Schneiden, Schleifen und Polieren)

• Geeignet für Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick; idealerweise Vorkenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Faserverbund und Leichtbau
