Risk Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Risk Manager (m / f / d) to support our large software development and software integration programmes.

Your tasks :
Design, implementation and improvement of risk management processes : you will develop and implement effective risk management processes to identify, assess and manage risks in our software development and software integration programmes.
You will continuously work on optimising these processes.
Continuous identification and assessment of risks : You identify and assess risks in close collaboration with various players and stakeholders.
You will analyse potential risks, develop measures to minimise risks and ensure that these measures are implemented and monitored.
Creating and validating regular and ad hoc reports : You prepare regular and ad hoc risk reports for the relevant committees and ensure that these reports are valid and meaningful.
Your reports support management in decision-making and contribute to the transparency of risk management.
Creation of risk management training materials : You will develop training materials and conduct training sessions on risk management to promote employee awareness and knowledge.
You will ensure that everyone involved is informed about the latest developments and best practices in risk management.
This is what you should bring with you :
- You have a degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of proven practical and operational experience in the management of complex large-scale projects or project portfolios in software development and software integration.
- You have sound knowledge in the identification, assessment and management of risks.
- Experience in the creation of risk reports and training documents
- Ideally, you have knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT or similar.
- You have very good communication and presentation skills
- You have a confident demeanour at internal or external decision-maker level
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
