Real Estate Business Partner (M/F/D)

About this opportunity : This role leads the Rosenheim,Germany Real Estate Workplace Operations, reporting to the Head ofGlobal Workplace Operations EMEA In this role, you will own therelationship with Ericsson stakeholders for the Rosenheim locationand be responsible for meeting users’ Workplace Experience needs,delivered through the inhouse team and Ericsson's outsourcedIntegrated Facility Management (IFM) partner.

Responsibilitiesinclude stakeholder engagement, supply partner management and costmanagement to achieve delivery of FM & hospitality services,workplace management and sustainability objectives.

You will workclosely with Real Estate’s Portfolio & Project Management, IT,Security, EHS and local business units. What you will do :

• Own andbuild strategic relationships with senior leaders and influencersacross all Ericsson businesses that enhance trust.
• Understand thebusiness strategy / drivers and how RE impacts these.
• Be a REambassador. Advocate RE strategy and principals towards businessleaders.
• Align workplace strategies, practices and operationswith Global Real Estate strategies.
• Communicate to stakeholdersregarding budget forecasting, space utilization metrics, REstrategies, workplace experience, and cost saving initiatives.
• Build and maintain a relationship with the IFM partner that ensuresits active contribution to the role holder's tasks.
• Coordinateoverall finance and cost control by budgeting and ensuringfinancial targets are met in your region. Close collaboration withReal Estate Portfolio & Project Management to achieve locationstrategies
• Close collaboration with internal and externalpartners and present data to key stakeholders
• Drive stakeholderengagement including all Portfolio & Project Management mattersThe skills you bring :
• Have a BA, BSc, MSC, or similar.
• Havesolid workplace management experience, with both operational FM andstakeholder management roles.
• Developing effective and summarisedpresentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and topmanagement.
• Exhibit Change & Improvement Management Skills.
• Show understanding of Real Estate Process, Models & Strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles andproficiency to conduct financial / business analysis.
• Negotiation& Argumentation Skills
• Strong leadership and managementexperience within multiple site Region.
• Major corporate campusfacilities experience and running several projects, sites andfinancials within a multiple location portfolio.
• Contribute tothought leadership, strategy development, and the leadershipstrategies.
• A clear understanding of Real Estate operations andprocesses in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate experienceof developing and implementing global standards, especially in amanufacturing environment
• Exhibit strong integrity in businessactivities.
• Exhibit Change & Improvement Leadership Skills.
