The Role :
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. You will design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems that power our AI-driven platform.
This is a hybrid position based in our Frankfurt office, where you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of experts passionate about making a difference.
What You’ll Do :
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work closely with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate complex algorithms into the backend.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between the backend and mobile applications, enhancing the user experience.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency as our platform scales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
What We’re Looking For :
- Extensive experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python and GCP.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Experience in connecting backend services to mobile applications.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or computer vision technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges.
