Your tasks

• Technical sub-project management for measuring instrument equipment ILME-XPS
• Planning, organization and control of internal and external workflows
• Independent monitoring of the implementation of internal and external orders and materials to be produced.
• Scheduling and material tracking via SAP
• Preparation of presentations and status reports
• Creating and querying effort assessments
• Creation of service descriptions
• Coordination regarding technical requirements
• Participation in the preparation of offers

Your profile

• Technical or commercial training with further education as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the fields of mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or similar.
• Several years of professional experience
• Professional experience in project management and basic commercial knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Office, MS Project and Confluence
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Resilience and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Security clearance required (Ü2 required)
