As part of our Netherlands Expansion team, you’ll shape ahead’s brand presence in the Dutch market - bringing our products, values, and personality to life across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who knows how to turn trends into impact. Someone who creates content that resonates, drives engagement, and makes people crave the next drop.

This role is about more than posting - it’s about building a brand and community that people want to be part of.

YOUR TASKS

• Own Social Presence in the Netherlands
  You take ownership of ahead’s organic social channels in the Dutch market, ensuring consistent, on-brand, and engaging communication across platforms

• Create Scroll-Stopping Content
  You conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms - comfortable both behind and in front of the camera

• Turn Trends into Relevance
  You spot social trends early and translate them into authentic, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience

• Build & Nurture Community
  You actively grow and engage our Dutch community, strengthening brand loyalty through consistent interaction and storytelling

• Plan & Execute Content Strategically
  You develop structured content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and growth priorities - ensuring steady output and focus

• Track Performance & Optimize
  You monitor engagement and growth metrics, analyze performance, and continuously refine your approach to increase impact and retention

YOUR PROFILE

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience managing and growing organic social media accounts (ideally in D2C, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands)

• Proven track record of increasing reach, engagement, and community growth (e.g., strong YoY growth in views, followers, or interactions)

• Confident in content creation end-to-end: ideation, filming, editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar), and publishing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content mechanics - you know what performs and why

• Deep understanding of the Dutch target audience and cultural nuances; fluency in Dutch and English is a must

• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you take ownership from idea to execution

• Understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable content improvements would be advantageous
