Team leader (m / f / d) IT infrastructure

Working hours : full-time

Your job includes :

• Technical and disciplinary management of the IT infrastructure team, including personnel planning and development
• Overall responsibility for all areas of our IT infrastructure, including IT operations, IT service management, IT security and budget
• Modernization and further development of the existing IT infrastructure with regard to service orientation, user-friendliness, internationalization and cloud
• Driving digitalization and innovation, particularly on the basis of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint solutions and in conjunction with SAP
• Effective management of the IT service providers involved
• the development of an implementation-oriented roadmap together with specialist departments and management
• The preparation and IT-side management of projects

You have :

• A successfully completed degree or comparable practical knowledge
• good knowledge of IT infrastructure (especially Microsoft 365)
• Initial management experience in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of IT service management
• Experience in preparing and managing projects as well as creating roadmaps, resources and budget plans
• Ideally initial experience with regulated areas (documentation, traceability, qualification / validation)
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), good knowledge of English (at least B2)
• A high level of team and service orientation
• an independent, pragmatic and implementation-oriented way of working
