About us

Committed to building the next generation of 100% software-based mobile networks, ng-voice is creating innovative mobile infrastructure solutions and making them accessible for operators and enterprises that want to deploy future-proof networks.

To support our continued growth, we’re always on the lookout for exceptional people, even when the perfect role isn’t yet listed. Tasks

Since this is an open application rather than a specific role, the “tasks” here are really about helping us understand where you’d thrive. We’d love for you to:

  • Share which area resonates most with your background and ambitions, for example Engineering & Software Development, DevOps, Cloud & Infrastructure, Product & Project Management, Sales, Business Development & Partnerships, Marketing & Communications, People, Talent & Operations, Finance & Administration, or something else entirely
  • Give us a sense of the kind of work you’d love to do next and the impact you want to have
  • Highlight any standout projects, achievements, or experiences that we shouldn’t miss
  • Let us know about practical considerations such as your notice period, location preferences, and work authorization


Requirements

  • A genuine interest in ng-voice, telecommunications, cloud-native infrastructure, or the broader mission of modernising mobile networks
  • A current CV
  • A short motivation note (a paragraph or two is plenty) covering what draws you to us and what you’re looking for
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a collaborative mindset, the qualities we value across every team

Nice to have

  • A portfolio, GitHub, writing samples, or anything else that showcases who you are beyond the bullet points
  • Specificity about the kind of role or team you envision yourself in
  • Flexibility and openness, since the right opportunity may not look exactly like what you initially imagined
