Expert Business Analyst - Global Pricing & Marketing (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about shaping data-driven pricing strategies on a global scale At HUGO BOSS we are seeking a highly skilled BP&A Pricing Expert (m/f/d) to drive impactful pricing decisions across all brands product categories and this role you will partner closely with top management steer strategic pricing and budgeting processes and evaluate new business opportunities. Join us in elevating pricing excellence and performance transparency in a dynamic fast-paced and international environment.
The position is limited to a fixed term of 2 years.

What you can expect:

• Serve as the primary BP&A contact for all pricing-related topics within the global HUGO BOSS pricing strategy across all brands product categories and sales channels
• Drive price adjustments by analyzing underlying data conducting impact assessments and preparing clear decision-making and action recommendations for top management
• Further develop and actively shape the budgeting process including the preparation of key budget rounds ensuring alignment with strategic company objectives as well as dynamic market and competitive conditions
• Contribute to the design and development of business cases to evaluate new brand partnerships and product initiatives
• Analyze prepare and interpret relevant performance KPIs to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of pricing marketing and individual business unit performance

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Controlling Business Development Brand Management Marketing or a comparable function
• Strong analytical skills combined with innovative thinking and creativity in tackling complex business challenges
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at different levels
• A collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality strong organizational skills and a high degree of ownership and accountability
• High digital affinity with a strong focus on leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive efficiency and improve processes
