Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) Proteomics Business - 12-Months Fixed-Term
Key responsibilities:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientifics Sales Operations team where youll contribute to supporting our customer-focused initiatives.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator (w/f/d) youll serve as a key liaison between clients internal teams and commercial partners ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
This position combines customer service excellence with operational coordination allowing you to contribute directly to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier cleaner and safer.
In this role you will work closely with the Sales team to support commercial growth initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Responsibilities include contributing to lead generation efforts participating in high-level customer discussions providing product explanations and guidance and supporting customers throughout their journey from initial engagement through ongoing partnership development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences Molecular Biology Biochemistry Biotechnology or related field
Strong scientific background with hands-on wet lab experience
Knowledge of proteomics and biomarker discovery preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Calm resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to support scientific and commercial discussions
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Ability to work independently while following established procedures
Home office-based role with willingness to travel regularly to customers across a German territory primarily Heidelberg/Mannheim/Mainz/Gießen/Marburg/Homburg region
