Profil

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You manage your own Process Team in our logistic center (Picking, Packing, Shipping).
• You take care of the recruitment, training and development of your own team.
• You conduct regular appraisal interviews to motivate and encourage your teammates.
• You manage stock levels and ensure product availability.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a recent graduate in business administration or sports management or are a career changer with a comparable degree.
• You want to lead and develop your own team.
• You are strong in analysis, time management and problem solving.
• You act independently and like to lend a hand.
• You have a good command of German and English.
• You are at least 18 years old.
