Was erwartet Sie

• Eigenverantwortliche rechtliche Beratung von Banken Leasinggebern Funds Sponsoren Leasingnehmern und Kreditnehmern bei komplexen nationalen und internationalen Finanzierungen
• Strukturierung und Leitung anspruchsvoller Transaktionen insbesondere in den Bereichen Asset- und Projektfinanzierungen
• Direkte Mandatsverantwortung sowie strategischer Sparringspartner für Mandanten
• Aktive Rolle beim Ausbau bestehender Mandatsbeziehungen sowie bei Akquise- und Business-Development-Aktivitäten
• Anleitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Associates sowie Steuerung kleinerer Projektteams
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in grenzüberschreitenden Mandaten

Was uns überzeugt

• Zwei überdurchschnittliche Staatsexamina
• Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Banking & Finance in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei
• Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken
• Souveränes Auftreten im direkten Mandantenkontakt und Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Mandanten
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Mandaten
• Hohe Eigenständigkeit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
• Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Entwicklung von jüngeren Teammitgliedern
