Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Profile:

Responsibility for quality management and continuous improvement processes (CIP) as a core part of the role
Handling quality incidents, including structured root cause analysis
Deriving, implementing, and tracking corrective actions
Conducting process analyses with a focus on sustainable quality improvement
Applying LEAN principles to continuously optimize workflows
Ensuring the long-term effectiveness of implemented measures

Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills):

Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
Initial experience in project management or project work is desirable
Solid knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement processes (CIP) is mandatory
Analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style
High level of initiative and a strong practical, hands-on approach
Good written and spoken English skills
Good IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
High resilience and flexibility
Professional experience in industrial production (e.g., automotive manufacturing) is desirable
