We are currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist (m/f/d) - NL/DE to join our team in Wuppertal or Cologne.
Provide onsite technical support to customers
Manage line trials to develop new business
Partner with Area Sales Managers on solution-based selling
Conduct plant/process audits and deliver improvement reports
Manage technically driven accounts to grow business and retain customers
Investigate and resolve quality issues
Handle technical aspects of quality claims
Build strong relationships with key accounts
Deliver technical training programs (theoretical & practical)
Liaise with suppliers and partners
Contribute to the EMEA technical team
Conduct Approved Applicator audits
Manage the lab
Dynamic and goal-oriented
Strong communication and networking skills
Willing to travel (50% Benelux & Northern Germany)
Independent and team player
Professional and ethical mindset
Ability to represent the Axalta brand
Strong coatings or chemical background
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Dutch and English required; French or German is a plus
Strong written and presentation skills
