Advanced Supply Chain Group offer a complete end-to-end supply chain service from source to shelf covering all aspects of supply chain management global logistics fulfilment and value-added services allowing our customers to maximise the opportunities that exist in todays technology-enabled marketplace. Key Responsibilities


As our Operations Manager youll be at the heart of a fast-paced innovative environment working hands-on with some of the latest and most exciting fashion garments in the industry. No two days will be the same and thats exactly how you like it.

Reporting directly to our General Manager (whos as supportive as they are experienced) youll have the freedom to lead the support to grow and the opportunity to make a real impact. Youll oversee a team of talented Team Managers across multiple departments providing strong leadership motivation and hands-on coaching to help them thrive.

This role isnt just about keeping things ticking its about driving operational excellence finding smarter ways to work and ensuring we consistently deliver for our high-profile clients. Youll be a key player in making sure our operation runs smoothly efficiently and with style.

  • Champion a culture of safety Youll ensure our workplace is safe at all times making Health & Safety a top priority and living our policies in everything we do.
  • Keep an eye on the numbers Youll take day-to-day ownership of direct operational costs and play a key role in managing the daily P&L.
  • Lead the team to success Youll guide and support our brilliant Team Managers helping them perform at their best and grow in their roles.
  • Own the stock flow Youll be the go-to person for warehouse queries in your operations space keeping everything running smoothly.
  • From planning to production youll optimise how we use our people and equipment to meet goals and uphold our values.
  • Youll develop implement and continuously improve our Standard Operating Procedures setting the bar for operational excellence.
