IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

You are looking for a new challenge in an exciting international environment and want to lead strategic delivery projects that transform the digital core into our future backbone for growth We are searching for a motivated candidate in our IT department in Metzingen.

We are steering the digital transformation of HUGO BOSS AG out of our SAP S/4 HANA program globally creating the digital core that empowers our business. Our team is focusing on program and project management to orchestrate all activities across the relevant domains projects and regions. We are defining the framework steering the activities and bringing discussions to fast decisions.

In this context as a Project Manager you are taking over the accountability to deliver the defined scope of your projects in time cost and quality. With your strong project management skills you connect business and IT create transparency on progress risks dependencies and ensure successful go-live and sustainable adoption of our new digital core following a standard first approach.

What you can expect:

• Lead projects across departments ensuring on-time on-budget and in-quality delivery of key milestones and go-lives.
• Drive stakeholder and change management orchestrate the teams and manage external partners by using strong communication moderation and coordination skills.
• Deliver project management methodology with clear timelines milestones priorities responsibilities reporting and risk management by using your strong structuring skills and pragmatism.
• Establish KPI-based transparency that enables effective steering and informed decision-making by using your analytical strength.
• Take responsibility for the project plan and coordinate the team across the individual project phases towards a successful go-live.
• Build a team that supports each other and works together towards a joint goal by using your social personal and empathic skills.#LI-YC1

Your profile:

• Masters degree in Business Informatics Business Administration Information Systems or comparable qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management ideally with experience in ERP related projects.
• Project management skills with a highly structured and results-oriented way of working.
• Strong facilitation communication and change-management skills able to navigate challenging situations and bring different interests together.
• Your personality is characterized by ownership and decisiveness combined with high motivation reliability and authenticity. You are a true team player who leads by example.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) German language skills are a strong plus.
