MediaMarktSaturn is the leading consumer electronics retailer in Europe, with more than 1,000 stores in 11 countries. IMTRON GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, is responsible for the four private-label brands KOENIC, PEAQ, ok. and ISY. With locations in Ingolstadt and Hong Kong, we develop consumer electronics products with modern design and excellent value for money. Sustainability, quality and responsibility towards our partners and customers are always at the center of what we do. We manage the entire value chain, from product development through delivery and support.
The Imtron After Sales Team develops and oversees product-related service concepts for our own-brand products across all MediaMarktSaturn countries. We calculate service costs per SKU, manage service providers partners for central and on-site repairs, process service credit notes to the countries and run the spare-parts and accessories business — all to drive customer satisfaction and strengthen trust in our brands while meeting sustainability and cost targets.
