Test Automation Engineer (w/m/d)

Coburg, Bavaria, Germany

• Contract Type: Fixed-term
• Contract Duration: 2 years
• Start Date: Immediately

Here’s what you can look forward to

• Development and integration of code, modules, and interfaces for test automation (web/app)
• Ensuring the long-term integrability of digital services (API-based)
• Design and implementation of test automation in collaboration with test managers
• Contributing to test automation strategy in an agile environment
• Developing cross-browser and cross-device test solutions
• Collaborating in interdisciplinary, agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
• Continuous optimization of test processes and frameworks

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in agile software development (web/app, ideally in a corporate environment)
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Design Thinking, …)
• Experience in programming, preferably in scripting languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript
• Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or Robot Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and their integration into test cycles
• Analytical thinking and a structured, organized approach to work
