The position:
We are looking for an IT Coordinator who will be joining our Global Business Services division.

Global Business Services provides high quality scalable and cost-efficient business support services such as finance HR and IT to companies in the Wilhelmsen group.

What you will be doing:
We believe in proactive IT Support and want to empower our users with good knowledge of the tools they need to use to perform their addition to the Microsoft 365 applications we utilize the functionalities in ServiceNow to automate as much as possible leaving our team to focus on user interaction along with technical issues that may require physical attention.
We also have high focus on providing great service so monitoring user satisfaction and identifying improvement potential is an integral part of this role. We have a 1st Line support team that also needs guidance on how to support our users in the best way.
Next to 2nd line IT tasks this role will also coordinate local activities and projects related to implementation of new business applications infrastructure changes as well as management of local IT vendors.

About the department:
The IT Coordinators are part of the User Experience team. Divided in an IT Coordinators West and East Team providing our 2nd line and proactive services towards our internal and external customers.

In this role you become member of our User Experience West team which is part of a global team having colleagues not just in Europe but all over the world!

Who you are:
Are you highly motivated by helping people improve their IT knowledge on the latest Microsoft 365 tools
Would you like to work in an international environment where English is the corporate language utilizing the very latest Modern Workplace technology and applications

Required experience and skills:
Excellent written and spoken English and German skills as well as the ability to understand & convey complex IT Scenarios
A service minded attitude and the ability to communicate with all levels within the business
A high-level degree in IT or Business Administration or relevant industry experience.
A driver license
