Your Mission: Own inbound support and drive great resolutions
As a Working Student in Customer Support you own inbound cases end-to-end across voice chat and email working closely with Technical Support to solve issues fast. Your shifts cover evenings and weekends when nurses need us most.
Your Daily Business - No two shifts are alike
Manage inbound voice chat and email support during your shift
Own cases end-to-end - triage follow-up and clear handover
Partner with Technical Support on complex issues and escalations
Cover evening and weekend shifts in a rotating schedule planned weeks ahead
Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
Enrolled student (Bachelors/Masters) - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract
First customer-facing experience (jobs hospitality retail or similar) and clear empathetic communication
Structured problem-solver comfortable with everyday tech (apps logins permissions)
Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts; fluent German (C2) and solid English
Nice to have: support tooling experience (Intercom Zendesk or similar) or a healthcare/regulated background.
