Job Description
In this role you will act as the customer representative within an agile development team ensuring the delivery of high-quality business-critical features that create value for customers and meet their expectations. You will define prioritize and validate functional and non-functional requirements manage the team backlog and help drive successful product development across program increments.
Your role:
- Contribute to and review the program vision roadmap and content presentations.
- Prepare for and participate in release planning contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning refine the program backlog and prioritize portfolio backlogs to continuously translate them into program and team backlogs. Draft the teams objectives for each Program Increment.
- Define iterations and user stories for the agile teams while building reviewing reprioritizing and managing the team backlog in coordination with other Product Owners.
- Take primary responsibility for maintaining the flow of user stories by defining stories providing detailed requirements and priorities establishing acceptance criteria and validating completed stories before they are accepted into the final iteration plan.
- Support the teams with story estimation and sequencing and facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements including user interface specifications identify gaps between the current system and customer or market needs and ensure the solution is validated with clients partners and customers.
You should bring the following:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Medical Technology Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager ideally in the medical device or imaging technology industry with a strong technical background (e.g. Technical Product Manager or Engineer).
- In-depth knowledge of CT scanner systems and components including X-ray tubes and cooling units.
- Experience working with agile methodologies continuous improvement lean processes and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in strategic product lifecycle management including driving cost savings and business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced international environment; experience abroad is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage. Experience with state-of-the-art AI tools is required.

We determine pay within the range using objective factors like the skills the role requires your relevant experience and the responsibility youll have in this role alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
