Web Channel Performance & Market Integration – steering digital sales funnel performance and supporting markets in maximizing business impact.

Digital Sales Applications Performance & Market Integration – driving adoption, optimisation, and business value realisation of digital sales products.

Digital Sales Applications Rollout & Demand Management – supporting product rollouts, managing market requirements, and contributing to future product development.

Your Tasks

• Support the analysis and steering of digital business performance across Mercedes-Benz markets, identifying opportunities to improve eCommerce results and customer experience

• Prepare performance reports, management presentations, and decision-making materials by translating complex data into actionable insights

• Support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Digital Sales Applications across international markets

• Assist in collecting, analysing, and consolidating market requirements, feedback, and product demands to support product development and prioritization

• Collaborate with product managers, technical experts, and market stakeholders to support the successful implementation of digital sales solutions

• Organize, moderate, and follow up on international workshops, performance reviews, best-practice exchanges, and product rollout activities

• Contribute to the development of global standards, processes, and governance models that balance market needs with scalable product solutions

• Foster close cooperation with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations functions

• Support the team in day-to-day project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic initiatives

The activity can begin from October 6.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable field

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Additional languages are advantageous

• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Interest in emerging digital technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and innovation

• Ideally, first practical experience in a digital, eCommerce, product management, consulting, or automotive environment

• Strong interest in digital products, digital business models, and customer-facing technologies.
  Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate data and business requirements into structured insights and recommendations

• Interest in digital customer journeys, eCommerce processes, and product development

• Understanding of product management, agile methodologies, or software development processes is considered a plus

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Structured and detail-oriented working style

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
