Our next step: the Netherlands. That’s why we’re looking for you as a UGC Creator Manager – Netherlands (m/f/d). You’ll help lead the market entry, organize content projects, and build a network of new UGC creators in the Netherlands.

In this role, you’ll serve as the link between our Creative and Performance teams and the Dutch community: You’ll ensure that content, copy, and campaigns are perfectly tailored to the market—both linguistically and culturally—and help make our brand a success in the Netherlands.


Important: We’re an office-first company. You’ll work daily at one of our offices in Hamburg or Kiel, staying close to the team, our processes, and the brand.

Your mission

• You’ll be responsible for the Dutch market and will manage all projects related to content, UGC, and communications
• You’ll identify, contact, and support UGC creators from the Netherlands and organize their content production
• You’ll coordinate videos, images, and briefings between the creative team, freelancers, and the performance marketing team
• You’ll assist with translating and localizing the website, product descriptions, and advertisements into Dutch
• You’ll draft culturally appropriate briefs for UGC creators, influencers, and external partners
• You’ll ensure that all deadlines in the creative process are met and that there is sufficient content available for marketing campaigns
• You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing Team, and Content Team
• You’ll regularly contribute new ideas, trends, and cultural insights from the Dutch market

Your profile

• You speak Dutch at a native level and have very good German or English skills
• You have experience in project management, marketing, or content management, ideally in e-commerce or an agency setting
• You are organized, structured, and a strong communicator—you can keep track of everything even when juggling multiple projects at once
• You work independently, are solution-oriented, and take responsibility
• You have a good understanding of social media, UGC content, and trends
• You are proficient in using digital tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, project management software)
• You will work on-site at our Hamburg office—remote work is not an option for this position
