Working Student Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG Metzingen near Stuttgart Germany Part-time

To support our Compensation & Benefits team we are looking for aworking student (m/f/d) starting in autumn 2026 for a period of 6 months.

What you can expect:

• Support in the implementation of fundamental new legal requirements in the context of remuneration transparency and equal pay
• Be part of regular remuneration processes such as STI and LTI payouts or the implementation of a salary round
• Support in the communication and administration of our existing benefits such as job bike employee share program smart leasing etc.
• Carrying out analyses and preparing presentations and communication materials
• Administrative support for the team

Your profile:

• You are studying business administration or a related studies or have already successfully completed your studies
• You have very good MS Office skills and can quickly familiarise yourself with new processes
• You have a quick grasp a structured and responsible way of working
• You have very good communication skills
• A precise and analytical approach is just as important as commitment and initiative to contribute your own ideas
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German
