Summary
We are looking for a Systems Engineer in Mission Planning (f / m / d) for the Systems Engineering department at the Immenstaad site as soon as possible.
The Systems Engineering department is responsible for the system design, development and support of mission planning systems for all military helicopters in Germany and other countries.
This includes tactical / operational as well as technical / logistical parts of the mission planning station including the interfaces to the aircraft (data carrier and data link) and other command information systems.
Our team provides innovative solutions for the entire product lifecycle - from identifying customer needs and deriving the corresponding requirements, through the design and development of the systems, to installation and integration at the customer's site.
Your Tasks
Creation of technical concepts for the EUA system (operational support system) based on customer requirements
Analyzing technical problems at system level
Evaluating and responding to technical queries in consultation with the incident manager
Control and implementation of system briefings
Advising and supporting internal specialist departments and external specialist personnel on site if necessary
Supporting acceptance tests and integration at helicopter system level
Supporting project management in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of technical meetings
Willingness to travel on business is a prerequisite.
Your Profile
Degree in engineering, information systems or similar
Several years of practical experience in system engineering, integration and testing
Experience with agile working methods (Scrum / SAFe)
Technical understanding to analyze complex technical problems and evaluate proposed solutions
Methodical and didactic skills in the communication of teaching content
Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
Ability to cooperate, team spirit and service orientation
Strong communication skills and interest in direct exchange with the customer / end user
Good German and English skills
