Location: Athens, Greece About the Role As a Dutch- Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality customer support in Dutch and English, helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll work in a collaborative international environment where communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are key priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently. Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Meet quality and performance targets. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For Fluent or native-level Dutch. Fluent English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to work in an international environment. Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to complete the hiring process. Salary & Benefits Gross Monthly Salary: €1,500 Full-time employment. International working environment. Career growth and development opportunities. Relocation Support Candidates relocating from abroad will receive: 3 weeks of hotel accommodation close to the office. Flight reimbursement of up to €300 gross with the first salary payment. Assistance with hiring documentation and administrative procedures. Accommodation during the training period may be available for candidates who are not currently based in Athens. Working Schedule Full-time position. Monday to Sunday. Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 .
