Your tasks
- Ensuring the delivery quality of products and components
- Quality-related support and further development of suppliers within the framework of quality planning
- Responsible management of technical fault management, including warranty cases
- Recording, processing and tracking of complaints in the CAQ system
- Moderation of root cause analyses as well as the definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures.
- Coordination with customers, suppliers and internal departments for sustainable troubleshooting
- Evaluation and tracking of 8D reports and other quality evidence from suppliers
- Conducting quality planning, feasibility analyses and risk assessments for suppliers and products
- Participation in customer and supplier complaint rounds and clarification of technical issues
- Review of quality-relevant content in purchasing contracts
- Evaluation and application of quality methods such as FMEA, Ishikawa and Kaizen
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of preventive quality measures at suppliers
- Execution and documentation of goods acceptance as well as release of initial samples and testing processes.
- Managing escalations and implementing measures to reduce recurring errors and complaints.
- Responsibility for product groups and projects from the perspective of quality and supplier development
- Conducting analyses to identify quality risks and derive suitable improvement measures
Your profile
- ATTENTION: Security check 2 required!
- A completed technical degree or further training as a technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience and knowledge of standards in the field of quality management
- Additional training to become a QM manager (m/f/d)
- Extensive knowledge in the field of manufacturing techniques and QM management tools (e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D reports, Kaizen)
- SAP and Babtec knowledge is desirable.
- Negotiation and assertiveness skills as well as methodological and moderation skills
- A high willingness to travel
- Fluent English skills, French desirable
