Your mission

Heartbeat AI is our energy optimisation platform that always provides our customers with the cleanest and cheapest energy. As the (Senior) Go-to-Market Scaling Manager - Germany, your first focus is optimising the performance, positioning, and monetisation of Heartbeat AI within our largest and most established market while adding new products to it and making sure our new customer-facing features get seen. You will take ownership of what's already working and what isn't, fine-tuning pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution while working closely across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing to keep the German market performing at its full potential.

• You own the performance and monetisation of Heartbeat AI within the German market, working to continuously optimise what's already in place rather than build from zero.
• You fine-tune pricing and packaging, identify where existing structures are leaving value on the table, and drive the changes needed to capture it.
• You bring new positioning ideas to an already mature market, testing and validating fresh angles alongside the initiatives already running.
• You develop a deep understanding of the unit economics behind Heartbeat AI in Germany, using that insight to shape monetisation strategy across pricing, packaging, and the broader product suite.
• You work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders, translating technical constraints into commercial decisions and commercial priorities into technical requirements.
• You track performance across the German market, using data to spot where monetisation or positioning is underperforming and turning that into concrete action.
• You operate with significant cross-functional influence, managing diagonally across tech, sales, and marketing to keep initiatives moving.
• You report into the Go-to-Market Director, working closely with senior leadership to present performance updates and build the case for changes to positioning or monetisation strategy.

Your profile

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial, product, or GTM role, ideally within the tech and energy industry.
• You are confident optimising an already-established market, spotting where fine-tuning pricing, packaging, or positioning can unlock further performance.
• You are structured by default and follow through without being asked: you manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies without losing the thread, and own action items end to end.
• You are ambitious and impact-driven, yet humble and a strong influencer in equal measure. You set a high bar for what "good" looks like, quickly credit the team and admit when something isn't working, and can bring sceptical stakeholders on board to inspire the cross-functional effort to scale the German market.
• You have a strong grasp of unit economics and a genuine passion for how they drive monetisation decisions, and you can translate margin and cost-structure insights into concrete pricing and product strategy.
• You are comfortable working closely with Tech, Sales and Marketing teams and fluent in both sales/marketing and technology language, translating technical trade-offs into business decisions and commercial priorities into technical requirements, without needing someone else to broker the conversation.
• You are confident presenting to and working directly with executives and can turn data and KPIs into clear, decision-ready updates.
• You are native in German and fluent in English (C1/C2), written and verbal.
• Knowledge of and experience in the German energy market is clearly a plus, but not a must.
