About the team
Our Content Moderators support our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children.
Our Content Moderators review on these topics in continuous succession during each shift. Responsibilities1. Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platform especially the Push queues.
2. Development, improvement and maintenance of standards for the security of the online communities.3. Improving the content management strategy for the short video : Push queues.
4. Coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our regulations.
Minimum Qualifications : -Minimum 6 months working in TnS- In-depth contact with Internet Governance, cyber-security, online speech trends, online culture wars, political landscapes with an acute interest and / or understanding of the challenges faced by self-regulating social media platforms- Great time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work differing work rotations / shifts as required- Outstanding natural communicator (verbal / written) with excellent language and communication skills in German and full proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications : -Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner - Ability to communicate efficiently cross-department, with internal stakeholders Trust & Safety recognizes that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
