We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the visual quality, consistency, and
impact of LifeWave marketing across EMEA for both digital and print.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Raise the Visual Standard Across EMEA Markets
• Transform core EMEA materials into a premium, modern brand expression
aligning with Global Brand Guidelines
• Ensure consistency across:
o Sales tools
o Event materials
o Product communication
o Digital and social assets
• Move design from “functional” to desirable and aspirational
Build a Scalable Design System
• Translate global brand guidelines into usable EMEA design frameworks
• Create templates for:
o Presentations
o Social media
o Distributor tools
o Event communication
• Ensure materials are:
o Easy to localise
o Easy to duplicate in the field
Campaign & Storytelling Design
• Work closely with marketing to bring campaigns to life visually
• Design not just assets, but visual narratives:
o Events
o Promotions and incentives
o Social Media
o Testimonials
Introduce emotional storytelling and human-centered visuals as well as Translate
business needs into clear, usable visual tools assuring Brand Consistency and Local
Market Flexibility
Elevate Digital & Social Presence
• Lead visual direction in EMEA for:
o Social media
o Video thumbnails / short-form content
o Landing pages
• Ensure output reflects:
o Innovation
o Simplicity
o Modern wellness aesthetics
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years in graphic design (preferably in lifestyle, wellness, or premium
brands)
• Experience in multi-market or international environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Brand systems
Campaign design
Digital-first thinking
