As an HR Operations Specialist, you ensure that our HR operations run smoothly, efficiently and reliably across all 10 European countries. You are a key partner for our HR Business Partners and an important driver of continuous improvement within HR Operations:

  • Ensure smooth and reliable HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle — from pre-boarding to offboarding, including contracts, employee certificates, reference letters and employee data
  • Support our HR Business Partners with all operational HR matters across 10 European countries
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding documentation and activities
  • Act as a key user and administrator for Personio, ensuring high data quality and efficient day-to-day system usage
  • Own and continuously improve HR processes, checklists, documentation and workflows in line with HR Operations standards
  • Support payroll activities when needed, including providing cover during absences
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to make our HR operations more efficient and future-proof
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, develop practical solutions and take ownership of their implementation
  • Contribute ideas, challenge existing ways of working and help shape the future of our HR Operations

Your profile

You bring solid HR experience, a hands-on mindset and a strong interest in efficient, digital HR operations. You are organized, reliable and comfortable taking ownership in an international and fast-paced environment.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR, ideally in HR Operations or HR Administration
  • Experience working in an international environment and a good understanding of country-specific HR requirements — or the ability to independently research and obtain the information you need
  • Ideally, experience in payroll and the ability to provide support or cover the function when needed
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with Personio, for example as a key user or administrator
  • Strong affinity for HR tools and systems, with a genuine interest in digitalization and automation
  • Good awareness of data protection requirements (GDPR) when handling employee data
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Highly resilient and able to stay calm, focused and organized when things get busy and multiple priorities need to be managed at once
  • Precise and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of quality and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and hands-on, with the confidence to speak up, share ideas and turn them into action
  • Open to change and new approaches, with a willingness to think outside the box
