We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Controller / Finance Manager to join our finance team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of our company by ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reportsPreparation of annual financial statements according to German Commercial Code (HGB) and support of the annual audit processManage liquidity planning as part of the quarterly and annual budgeting processHandle communications with auditors, banks, and government bodiesTake operational responsibility for ongoing accounting and controlling activitiesProvide other reports, such as business plan, in English, to the executive managementQualifications

A degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education with relevant additional qualifications, such as certified accountant (IHK)At least five years of professional experience in accounting and controlling, preferably in a mid-sized companyHigh level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learnStrong teamwork capabilitiesStrong business English skills.

You must be able to communicate financial information fluently and effectively in both English and GermanExperience in dealing with international clients is preferredProficient use of Datev, MS Office, especially MS ExcelA high degree of personal responsibility and autonomyWhy Join Us?
